These Terms of Service govern your use of Sitemap Watch, including our website, public sitemap tools, account features, and related services. By using Sitemap Watch, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sitemap Watch helps website owners, developers, marketers, and SEO teams work with sitemap data. Current free tools may include sitemap discovery, sitemap checking, and XML sitemap generation. Future account features may include saved sites, monitoring, alerts, reports, and billing.

Public Tools

The public tools are provided for convenience and informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in production.

You agree that you will only submit URLs, domains, page lists, or sitemap files that you have permission to test or process.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sitemap Watch for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
• Scan, crawl, or submit websites without proper authorization
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or bypass service limits
• Interfere with authentication, billing, storage, or dashboard systems
• Upload or submit malware, secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond normal product use

Payments

Sitemap Watch currently provides the first public version as free tools. Payment integrations may be available in the codebase for future paid features, but free tool access does not require payment. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.

Content and Results

You retain rights to the URLs, page lists, sitemap content, and other material you submit. You grant Sitemap Watch the limited permission needed to process that material, return results, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and improve product quality.

Generated sitemap output and checker results may depend on submitted inputs, remote server behavior, robots rules, redirects, timeouts, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every sitemap result is complete, valid, or accepted by every search engine.

Intellectual Property

Sitemap Watch, including its branding, interface, code, and original content, is owned by its respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Sitemap Watch.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitemap Watch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, traffic, rankings, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of Sitemap Watch means you accept the updated Terms.
